"I’ve worked for Strom for 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Management is fantastic, they don’t micromanage and really make you feel like you have control over your day. Everyone is helpful from HR to IT. Our benefits are covered which is fantastic. My work-life balance is amazing. My only gripe, I wish I made more money. But overall, one of the best places I have ever worked."
