"I have worked with Strive for about 2 years. Excellent people, great company culture with a lot of exciting team bonding and professional growth events. They have a clear direction and leader 'buy-in'. Everyone is very personable and approachable. The only negative is when business gets slow, no one knows how to change it. A lot of channels to go through to make commissions. Salespeople are obviously motivated by self-interest which at times can affect your ability to earn so that they can meet their metrics."
