"Great company, excellent benefits, potential growth......it can get stressful and make sure you get clear, direct answers from management."

What don't you like about working at Streamlight?

"I feel my boss does not make the proper decisions or does not give me a decision at all, and this causes me to not excell as much as I'd like to. I'd like more control over my work and the ability to make decisions at my next job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would restructure many aspects of management. Our VP is an extremely intellegent individual and he has already undertaken this process."
