"The long hours with little pay. As a manager they expect you to work 48-52 hours a week and even though its a based salary they do not pay as much for all the requirements."

"Even though I am a manager I always say to earn the teams respect but also give them theirs. Also to always listen to associates because at times you don't see everything."
