"All software developers should find a very good opportunity at Stratus. As to hardware engineers and manufacturing professionals, I believe their territory overthere is very restricted, at the least."
What don't you like about working at Stratus Technologies?
"The Stratus recent trend on strategic sourcing and redefining the core business is not going the same direction that my personal career path is oriented. A strategic partnership with a much bigger company has resulted on losing the Stratus' ownership of all new product developments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should consider keeping the hardware development as part of core businees for stratus."
