"I worked for Stratosphere Quality from September of 2019 until January 2020 . I applied for the job on ziprecruiter and I met the recruiter from Stratosphere Quality at Tim Hortons in Sidney Ohio he offered me the job so I drove to Marysville Ohio for orientation . At orientation I was told it would be a full time job . They assigned me to work at the Anna Ohio Honda plant and that is when the nightmare started . I worked second shift the supervisors are in their 20's I am 56 years old and they wanted nothing to do with me . Another older woman and I were sent home December 16, 17 and 18 so her and I called HR in Marysville Ohio and they had to work us the 19th and 20th . The day before shutdown at the Honda plant . Honda had a Christmas dinner for the stratosphere quality employees . Me and 2 other woman where not invited to the dinner . I did work at the Honda plant in Russell's point Ohio the managers were nicer and more professional but I could not get a transfer over there"
