"I worked with Strategic Aviation up until July 2018. It was an excellent opportunity to work for a wonderful company; however, no room for advancement. It was a small business with approximately 15-20 employees. It ran as a virtual company with the main office based out of San Diego. Much of our communication was completed via e-mail and Uber-conferences. I worked well with all my fellow employees. I felt respected and appreciated. Our CEO was a complicated genius. This made it challenging at time to work for him but I was able to accommodate his work style."
