What don't you like about working at Straight Flight?
"No vacation for the 1st year, 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after the 2nd - Gen Mgr is a micro manager and not a good leader/mentor. Puts people down and fires a lot of people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to lead and mentor the staff. Allow them to have more control and ability to demonstrate their strengths while have support and guidance where needed. Provide a better vacation/PTO package."
