"STR employs less than 30 total employees. 2 QA, 4 Developers. The company has been slowly losing employees as well as customers. Despite their average employee tenure of 10 years, there is surprisingly high turnover for new employees. The software produced by this company is highly convoluted and archaic and the owner of the company knows this but fails to make changes or overhaul the software in fear of losing even more customers. Overall, it was not a bad experience to start my career here."
