"I started on my internship at StoryCorps on January 13th and have enjoyed it. I am impressed by the people who work there since there are many different departments in StoryCorps. For the IT team, it is just me and my supervisor. My supervisor has been there for years and is very knowledgable while teaching me. It will be a great experience for anyone wanting to work there."

"Very creative and open environment. It was also the first non-profit I worked at and I was impressed by the passion many employees had."

"Be open and enthusiastic and willingly to show what you are passionate about."

"I had a very long commute to and from the organization and often felt I was running out the door."
