"I have worked for Storm Tight Windows and the Owner Lee Brown for over a year. No matter how hard I tried I could not make the changes necessary to make this business a success. I did not have an owner that cared about his employees or the way he treated them. I am not a quitter as I feel I can change anything with hard work and persistence.
