"Most everybody has started at the bottom. They strive for that. MOst Buyers, Managers, and Designers have worked as a Sales person, Department Manager."

"Be energized."

"There is not location in smaller communities."

"Pretty much everything. Horrible experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't fear change, stop hiring people with big egos into management who do nothing to help the company. Actually LISTEN to complaints from everyone and do things to benefit everyone... instead of just fattening your wallets."
