"large divide between plant and office"

What do you like about working at Stonyfield Farm?

"I like that there is a focus on being green and that tends to impact descions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are aplying for a position with in the offices, go right ahead. You will recieve many benefits and no doubt find it a wonderful place to work. However if the job you are looking at is in the plant (especially if its at night) I would look elsewhere, these are not jobs anyone wants"

What don't you like about working at Stonyfield Farm?

"The leadership at the plant is ridiculous, the differnces between those who work for the offices and those work in production are glaringly huge. The benefits of munch n' learns and zumba classes only benefit the office employees. The plant opperates 24/7 and the night shift is made to work 12.5 hour shifts and occasionally stay 2+ hours late because training can not be done during there shift as the training is done during the office employees shift."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The plant management needs to get it together, the turnover is very high and problems like lack of staffing are never dealt with any understanding, When problems do occur, because people have been working many extra shifts with long hours at a physically demanding job they are told they should be grateful to have a job."
