"I have been working for Stonebrooke Family Physicians for almost 2 years. In the two years being at Stonebrooke I have learned a lot. However, the job has flexible hours, and provides health insurance, dental and vision, along with 401K matching at 4%. Something that would interest me in working for Stonebrooke long term- would be better insurance options and more room for growth. If you are waiting for a raise, you will most likely be nickle and dimed. By that I mean if they will give you raise, it will be a 25 cent raise. This cycle repeats until you’ve gone through 3 or more meetings over 6 months and have still not received an appropriate income. Stay away if you easily are sucked into a drama or are easily negatively effected from poor attitudes. Policies change weekly because there are no communication with the physicians vs the office manager. One last thing, the PTO is a joke. You have to wait 1 year from your 90 days to receive 5 days. If you are independent and self sufficient like myself, and can block out the negativity- it can be an awesome place to work."
