"At first, I was excited to start working here because they made it look like they have a very rewarding, engaging and challenging work environment. But few months into working here, I realized that I entered a toxic workplace. They have the typical backward thinking that if an employee works longer hours, he is productive. I always wanted to be efficient so I try to finish my work on time or earlier as possible so I can go home on time. However, they made it seem like I am slacking and doesn't work hard because I always leave on time. It's ridiculous knowing that a lot of employees there are just staying longer to be perceived as hardworking but don't really do their jobs well."
