"Pros: Decent pay, good benefits, remote work, very nice co-workers and team-lead. Basically - the Stockton part of the company is pretty good - no complaints there at all. Cons: RETAIL: high workload, unpaid overtime, bonus scale was set high so you could not reach it. My immediate supervisor was great (she was a Stockton employee) - the Manager for Quillo (Retail) I was working for, was unqualified on a good day, arrogant and insecure any day, a smooth talker by trade, and made the job literally impossible. His retail department was the most chaotic place I've ever worked at."
"I worked for a company that allowed their employees to work from home with great team support & training. However, there seems to be no system in place for rush files which made it bad for those LO that turned in files in a timely manner as often those were the ones bump for those that submitted files last minute. In turn, there was no work-life balance."
