"The main person is inefficient and a liar who promises clients things that are non-existent and doesn't even care about clients and switches off the service from the back end for nonpayment but does not care that the payment is not made because they have not been provided what was promised to them. They have an office in India that is not registered in India and is run on the premises of some other company. The people they hire don't stay for more than 3 months. I was the only employee who was there for 3 years. No respect for employees and UK office people do not want employees but they want slaves. They work on a strict schedule ie 9 to 6, Mon to Fri and India's office have to cover them and work till midnight which is 6:30 pm UK time. UK employees can take 1 month leave, work from home but Indian employees aren't allowed to. There is job discrimination and also racial discrimination. It is not the same place for females to work especially in the India office as the Team Leader is a characterless person. A couple of female employees left just because of him. In all, it is not recommended to join this company"
