"I was told when I was hired to expect to work a lot of hours. They tell everyone upfront that you should be working 70-80 hours minimum. That is 100% true. I work 7 days a week. I don't mind working hard for a company I care about, but leadership continuously changes their mind on what they want to do. They ask me to do a task that takes days to accomplish only to change there mind 2 days later. That is half of my week wasted. Then they ask why I haven't accomplished much and ask me over and over again to go through my entire day. It's very stressful and frustrating."
