What do you like about working at Stiles Machinery?

"I really enjoyed receiving numerous responsibilities with various deadlines and having to multi-task to complete assignments. I also really enjoyed learning more about the products we offered as a company during training seminars and etc. My managers completely trusted me to complete various tasks and projects and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to undertake new assignments."

"The ability to learn fast and meet deadlines is a must."

What don't you like about working at Stiles Machinery?

"The only down-side of this company is that there was no room for growth. The particular position I was in did not leave any room for advancement. I would have needed to move across country in order to gain any sort of promotion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow more room for growth in order for employees to have the chance to go above and beyond."

What don't you like about working at Stiles Machinery?

"The company was not managed very well which resulted in massive layoffs when business started to slow down. The company was self insured and the heath insurance premiums were very high."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your employees are your biggest asset and you should treat them better."
