"just be honest. this is a good company, all of their issues can be corrected but steps have to be taken in that direction-not explanations as to why the problems exists."
What don't you like about working at STI Computer Services?
"slow to address problems, product is lacking, needs complete redesign, needs to be easier to use and needs to operate like software does in 2012, not the 1990's. customer service, which use to be held in high regard by STI customers has suffered within the past year due to various factors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"update the software, improve customer service, software needs to be leaner, without the need of so much infrastructure in order to operate it."

"I enjoyed training my clients on the medical software. I liked traveling and meeting new people."

"If you are a trainer you will not be micromanaged. It is your responsibility to make sure your clients are happy and well trained."
What don't you like about working at STI Computer Services?
"The different departments did not work well together. There was no sense of the greater good."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I really liked my manager. But there were other managers that did not seem to grasp how to manage."
