"For the longest time, I thought the problem with the company was the Vice Presidents. Now, I realize that in a company of 600 employees, only 2 people are allowed to make decisions: the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President. Everyone in an executive position can’t see the forest for the trees. This is the most toxic work environment and lowest employee morale I’ve ever seen at a company."
