"I have been working for Jared the Galleria of Jewelry for the past 6 months. The business of selling jewelry and diamonds is extremely interesting and requires a lot of education, however the company does not compensate well for the work you do, the time you put into educating yourself, and the relationships you build with your customers. The company also does not look out for their employees."

"Strong company to work for. Financially solid. Very strategic decision making process at the executive level. Headed in the right direction. Still has diversity issues at the executive level as it relates to minorities. Sterling does a good job of promoting women into leadership and executive roles, but does a poor job of promoting ethnic minorities (Hispanics, African Americans, etc.)"
