What do you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"I liked knowing that I was doing something important to insure our customers (patients) were safe from infections during their surgeries or hospital stays. I love working with people."

What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"I didn't like that they didn't offer any on-the-job training for other skills so if one wanted to one could have a chance for learning a new profession such as a scrub technician or respiratory therapist. Other hospitals do this."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This goes for both management and employees and that is better communication is the key to better productivity."
