"Sterigenics is a large sterilization company. While I was there I was able to focus on making my skills with ERP and fast-paced problem solving better. The only downside I have is that the plant closed in November of 2019."

What do you like about working at Sterigenics?

"My collegues locally in Denmark was very good, especially quality and lab people. There was some decent technologi, but nothing that made you go WAUW."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not go to an interview at all. They will trick and cheat."

What don't you like about working at Sterigenics?

"There is absolutely no chance for education, no chance to do you job independantly (and I was I sales). No future in the company unless you worked at the headoffice. The just demanded and demanded and gave nothing in return. On top of that they still owe me bonus but won't pay it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communication, Communication, Communication. Learn to communicate with your workes, tell them how it is going, and first of all listen to what they have to say. Furhtermore do not fire people without giving the right reason"

"There was little room for growth"

"Nothing at Sterigenics is fun or satisfying, always running around, work long hours and corporate management never happy or making the life of employees very difficult that makes you want to quit the weeks I was there!!!"

"Overwork their employee, old equipment, Corporate management does not support their employees, too much headaches and not enough resources!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to provide more resources for their employees, provide more training, and have employees think out of the box instead what is best for Corporate management..."
