What do you like about working at Stericycle?

"Working along side with my transportation team and assisting with the plant processing team when needed. Building a team of drivers and educating them in aspects of waste collecting, safety procedures, customer service & relationships, and making new friendships all at the same time."

"I believe the company is a great company to work for but its leadership is terrible in San Leandro, CA."

What don't you like about working at Stericycle?

"Management is terrible, staffing is a problem, poor facility enviornment, safety management is terrible, drivers need proper tools & equipment to fully service customers, management communication is terrible, and there is no trust between employees and management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Participate in every aspect of his or hers department. Evaluate your employees strengths and weaknesses to provide further training or coaching if necessary. Lead be example and be fair across the board. Take ownership of mistakes and admit to them. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty to work along side a memeber of your team."
