"I worked here from 2008-2013. The benefits are great. No complaints there. The work environment in our IT development department was not good. After 2 years the development team was no longer inclusive. One person was even given an award based on their work and communication. Suddenly everything became a secret and the once open friendly environment became very militant and locked down. It was more than micromanagement."
