"None, Polyvision is very strict in its recruiting practices and you have to be ready when interviewed for a position there."

"Lack of inter-departmental growth, there were many opportunities outside of our department that seemed unattainable although several were great fits."

"Too large, too easy to get lost in a crowd, too much corporate internal sabotage and competition that is extremely counter-productive."

"Find ways to ease competition, increase company loyalty, and make the place feel less like a nameless, faceless factory and more like a place people want to spend most of their waking lives."
