"When i started with steak n shake the store i was assigned to was in trouble. The employees definitely had a moral problem and the P&L was in dire circumstances. I have always been a team builder and with a lot of coaching the core team turned around and became productive. The next step i did was implement a bi weekly inventory to find where the problems with P&L lie. after teaching the asst managers how to build pars and be proactive rather than reactive my store achieved being in the black for the first time. My franchisee is very happy with my performance but only having 2 stores the ability of moving up is not going to happen and I'm looking for a new venue that can use my talents."
