Station Attendant at Air Canada
in Ottawa, ON

"I found the Company very interesting, but the real problem was giving training to not expert instructors. You don’t feel comfortable especially on the ramp! The training classes are too numerous and poor of Practice. You study a lot and operate just few hours before going outside and pushback Aircraft/Bridging Gate for passengers, drive tractors, loading luggage’s,brooming/water service/..all this after only few hours of practice). My Instrucctor gave to me a little paper with all info to comunicate with the pilot only 2 hours before my first real pushback. It was Horrible face your first exciting experience with just 2 hours of training the night before"
