"Flexibility to make my own schedule and complete my inspections. Use of company vehicle to conducts inspections to and from home or office."

"Have some background in environmental health as I was fortunate enough to have formal training in the Military and was able to apply that to have a smooth transition into this position"
What don't you like about working at State of Tennessee?
"The compensation package is not commensurate to our education, training or experience. Federal and private company sounterparts possess the same level of experience/training but receive more lucrative compensation packages."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Conduct annual and formal training to keep quality employees and maintian a high and more accurate level of inspection results and recommendations for correcting violations annotated when conducting inspections."
