"I don't think the state pays any employee what they are worth, but especially in my position. I am the lead worker with healthcare reform in South Dakota and I am the only one that knows how to work the federal system. I have received a 6% raise which is nice, but that is the standard raise they give for someone in my position. I feel as though I have worked hard and taken initiative to learn what I have for healthcare reform without being asked. So it's not bad but I definitely have worked and earned to make more."
