"Due to the high turnover in upper management and the hiring guidelines, there is much knowledge that leaves with any resigning employee. Although they have a decent retirement plan and benefits, there is no room for advancement or growth and only minimal promotion or raise in pay."

The management was good at keeping up on projects and status of projects for management to keep track of. Highly motivated people with good character and work ethic.
