"PEBP is the worst place to work at. Management is horrible and do not care for the well being of their employees.Promoting from within rarely ever happens. Even attempting to transfer to another state agency is looked down on and at times the executive staff goes above and beyond their power. The executive staff is very distant from the common employees. They are unapproachable and not open to change. They are also power hungry and condescending."
