"Becasue we have a small staff, I get exposure to many different accounting tasks. Including financial reporting, AP, treasury & FX."

"Be ready to work hard and try to get involved in as much as possible because you will be able to learn whatever you are interested in."

What don't you like about working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts?

"There is a negative culture at Starwood. Luckily, my group works together as a team but that is not typical at Starwood."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management create a more team oriented environment."
