"It's hard to say. Each team has such a different culture from the blanket Starcom culture. HR is very slow. You can go weeks without hearing something from them, even if you follow-up."

What don't you like about working at Starcom MediaVest Group?

"You can't get any tools (like applications) unless a client pays for them. Each client team can seem like an entirely different organization. This is just a reflection of the client."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a bit more open about the current internal state of the company (like morale, financials). Management does have a clear vision for the company, so that's good news."
