"I been with Star One Credit Union for over 2 years. The company offers great benefits and overall everyone is very pleasant here. Management seem to care for their employees and tries hard to offer work/life balance even during the pandemic. Like most credit union opportunities are limited and senior management are not interested in making any changes to the current business model/set up that is set in place for over 40+ years."
