"When just getting started as an employee at the Star-Ledger, they didn't offer a training program or much guidance, you were just thrown in to the mix, which was quite stressful."

"I would suggest to implement a short training program maybe a month, which I feel would benefit management, the employee and all the other workers as well as the customer."
