5I have been with this company since 2012 as a full-time employee. The working environment is great. I have the best supervisor ever who is respectful and respected. The employees are friendly helpful and supportive. I found that when I was going through a trying personal time the company support and my fellow employees' unfailing support saw me through. I am a happy and grateful employee and would highly recommend our company to any future employees.
2.8Bullying atmosphere. Nastiness by supervisors towards employees is ignored routinely. Overtime is beyond excessive. They work the employees ragged to the point that many work in a state of exhaustion routinely.
I would not want family or friends working in this facility.
There is no respect from management for the employees at all.
4.7Great company with excellent benefits. The aviation community has taken a hit due to COVID-19 and StandardAero did everything in their power to protect their employees from the impact.
