"I worked for Standard Plumbing for about a year. It is a large company but not enough employees. This causes current employees to take on more than one position to compensate. The employees are great, each location essentially turns into a family of employees. I feel that the owner of the company and his family need to take criticism better as it seems like there are repercussions to new ideas."
