"Worked here 14 years love the job. Management has no clue how to make their employees better so the company can be successful instead they run the place like a prison. The owners stock holders just want to line their pockets while sacrificing employees and not fixing the OLD OLD machines. They buy a cheap machine here and there after saving up money after FORCING out long term dedicated employees which were on the old pay scale. Now they can't even get the new cheap machine to run good. Employees suggest buying a machine that is reliable and will repeat it self but the company knows better......LOL! Your machines don't make production due to needing maintenance it's still your fault. They never want to fix anything unless they absolutely have to. You have some people who lie or do drugs who get fired then come back as a supervisor no wonder employee morale is always low. There's nothing good about this place unless you need to put food on the table. Turn around and run the other way! This place will disrespect you this place is unsafe too many chiefs, dead weight in HR and management. They keep the lazy workers and let the good ones go. WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR, HIGHEST HEALTH INSURANCE I EVER HAD. AFTER 14 YEARS GOD SAID IT'S TIME TO MOVE ONTO SOMETHING BETTER!"
