What do you like about working at Stahls' Hotronix?
"Working with vendors and outside professionals was a huge relief from co-workers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The GM interviews all employees to be. He has terrible interviewing skills and often twitches from Tourettes. Try hard not to laugh."
What don't you like about working at Stahls' Hotronix?
"The GM was a liar. The purchasing agent was bipolar and aggressive. The tech service manager was negative and didn't do his job but was able to stay because he was pals with the GM."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Restructure immediately. All employees within are of the lowest class and education level. The pay rate is low and the waste is high. Go figure."
