"Terrible company to work for, terrible management."
What do you like about working at Accountemps?
"The training, they are great at giving you the tools that you need to make sure that you're successful."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a fall back company that you need to stay looking for a job if you get this job, they pretty much hire anybody that applies there because their turnover is so high. You will get great phone training and learn how to make high volume cold calls."
What don't you like about working at Accountemps?
"Terrible management, your work is NEVER good enough, everybody there will stab you in the back to steal a sale if they can, mangers will lie about getting you a raise to get you to work harder and will say that they are on a freeze to get you more money when the time comes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't lie, practice what you preach, don't set unrealistic expectations, and don't promise a raise when you have no intentions of giving it."

"Dont work here unless you dont need a job becasue you never know if you'll be laid off by lunch time"
What don't you like about working at ReadyLink?
"No one was allowed to talk during work hours or they were considered bad employees, and I never knew if I was working hard enough. People who worked there longer were treated better than new employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give people the right training, and rehire the people you laid off like you promised"

"They came in and told me my position was terminated. No notice, nothing. Sears doesn't care about its employees."
