What do you like about working at ProTrades Connection?

"I managed a large staff and account base. I loved the responsibility I had. They relied and I feel good this company had trust in me to take on this role."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If this company still existed, I would have suggested to be prepared for a challenge as like a start-up there are many avenues that are not perfected yet. But, the company is not at all bad and you can gain a lot of experience."

What don't you like about working at ProTrades Connection?

"There's nothing I don't like, however being that the company was a bit green not in it's industry for so long, there were a lot of areas needing improvement such as the lack of resources to provide training, tools, and information to employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest a better mission plan, and evaluate the tools and plan to achieve take better strides to achieve it."
