"Choose your location carefully. Sikorsky is very fluid on its locations and the work in which they do."

"Lack of stability. Plant closure at the end of the year. Also no real flex time."

"None, except, let the buyer beware and make certain you will be doing exactly what was offered by the company."

"I do not care for the culture at Hamilton-Sundstrand and desire to find a position in an established company with a positive and collegial work culture. I receive very little support for my programs and have yet to work in an area I was originally hired for."

"Support your people, communicate better. Minimize the daily brow-beating and attempts at intimidation."
