"This is not a good company to be with. No way to move up no matter what you do, and the company seems to love breaking the law. The break system is absolutely ridiculous. For an 8 hour shift for swing shift, your 1st break is taken 30 minutes to an hour into the shift. They want you to also combine it with your lunch. The reason for this they can't give you a lunch later due to being short handed. You can't take it later cause what they will do is dock you in pay and falsify the time sheet. If you do a 13 hour shift you don't get your last break and all your breaks must be taken within 4 hours. Talking to the supervisor everyday gets you nowhere. You might as well talk to a brick wall or door. You're also not allowed to have 2 days off in a row unless you go part time. You're also not allowed to have a fixed schedule. They tell you when it's ok to work, and when it's ok to have an off day. This is why the turnover rate is so high. Due to what's been going on it is only a matter of time before someone sues this company in court."
