"The administration can better address complacent veteran teachers and new and older negative clique teachers."

"Administrators out of touch-aloof. Avoid long term teacher cliques and young self centered immature teachers, i.e., one in PreK, one in 1st grade, 1 in 2nd grade, 2 in 3rd grade, 1 in 4th grade and one in 8th grade. BEST teachers are older independent teachers."

"The newsletter and fund raising brochures etc. regularly, routinely, consistently, exclusively feature the children of teachers and PTC board members. The rest of our children rarely if ever get noticed while some children have already been recognized 3+ times in the first quarter. Too, too many family members work together, i.e., Athletic Director, etc. One very, very incapable teacher was the daughter of the PK teacher-no wonder the novice teacher had person issues. Administration is not approachable."

"Many old guard teachers have a contagious bad attitude, i.e., they don't answer emails, argue with parents, yell at parents and students, cover for each other, policies are intended to serve lazy teachers instead of students. The younger teachers 1st, 3rd are picking up such bad habits. Teachers are sloppy in work attire - too casual. The school newsletter only features the children of teachers and PTC board members. Teachers have favorites, particularly girls over boys. Administration is aloof and does not answer emails."
