"I have worked with Residence Life for 3 years. 3 as a Resident Assistant and 1 as a Student Assistant in the main office. It has been a great place to work as we always have the residents of St. Mary's and their safety in mind. Everyone at work gets along great and we all cheer for one another to do well."

"Get new blood within the department and seperate the EA and EN into two departments so the EA classes can have their own budget."
