"This company has made many cuts in departments which put patient care at risk. I feel my wage of $9.23 per hour is very low for over 10 years of experience. The prior person who put $15 dollars per hour is not being honest. NO ONE IN MY DEPARTMENT BESIDES LAB TECH MLS and CLS make in that range. Lab at St. Marys of Michigan is lowest pay in the Tri City Area which puts us at high turnover rate. Phlebotomist makes the lowest pay in Saginaw county and we are exposed to HIV and Hep C and other illnesses for minimum wage. SORRY IT'S THE TRUTH...I was offered $13.75 over at Covenant hospital, starting pay."
