"I loved working with pateints and there families and the opportunity to teach and encourage my co workers."

"Be friendly and positive it a great place to get expereince. Just make sure that there isnt any stipulations on having a prn job somewhere else incase they are force to cancel nurses."

What don't you like about working at St. Joseph's Medical Center?

"I didnt like the frequent cancellations due to the low census and the lack of supplies which made my job more difficult."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"management was good. I never had any problems with them. My only suggestion would be to be more encouraging to nurses that would like to advance there career."
