What do you like about working at St. John Knits International?

"The benefit of acquiring an expensive clothes for a low price. New work for me. It's more of the art work. Employees in our department is like one family."

What don't you like about working at St. John Knits International?

"I am so sorry to say but, the people at the top most of the time don't have direction. Very impulsive that leads to loss. Lack of planning, management learned late, and decision making is sometimes very inconsistent. But, I was able to handle it, learning the hard way."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Plan first, carefully identify the work, be aware of deadlines (not moody at the last minute work), know the limits, get the right people for the right position not whom they know instead, what they know."
